Crossfire"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Starting formation<\/strong> &#8211; Two faced line, Parallel lines of four, Inverted Line(s).<\/p>\n<p>As the centers begin to\u00a0Trade, the ends\u00a0Cross Fold. Upon completing their Trade, the centers release hands and step straight forward forming an ocean wave or mini-wave with the dancers they are facing. If the Trade leaves the original centers facing no one, they step forward and remain facing out.<\/p>\n<p class=\"styling\"><strong>STYLING:<\/strong> If starting formation is a two-faced line, center dancers use hands up position for trading action and blend into normal mini wave styling. If starting formation is parallel lines of four that results in centers facing no one, that couple joins hands with a couple handhold.<\/p>\n<p class=\"timing\"><strong>Timing<\/strong>: 6<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt;\"><b><span style=\"font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; color: #0066b3;\">ARC Decisions<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif; color: #ff0000;\">(April 2002) <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; color: #0066b3;\">Q: Is &#8220;Crossfire&#8221; a four or eight dancer call? <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; color: #0066b3;\">A: This is a four dancer call everywhere except from back to back lines of four. The definition is quite clear in this regard. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; color: #0066b3;\">Q: Is it proper to call &#8220;Crossfire&#8221; from back to back lines of four? <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; color: #0066b3;\">A: Yes. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; color: #0066b3;\">Q: If so, at what program? <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; color: #0066b3;\">A: Plus. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; color: #0066b3;\">Q: If so, is the resulting formation a 1\/4 Tag or a Double Pass Thru? <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; color: #0066b3;\">A: 1\/4 Tag. The definition is self-explanatory in this regard. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif; color: #ff0000;\">(June 2008) <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; color: #0066b3;\">Q: The call Crossfire was given from Facing Diamonds. The Question is: Does this application comply with the written CALLERLAB Plus definition? <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; color: #0066b3;\">A; The committee voted NO, however, it would be proper at A-1 as it complies with &#8220;Do your part of&#8221; type calls. The ending formation is &#8220;T&#8221; Bone Boxes. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif; color: #ff0000;\">(September\/October 2015) <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; color: #0066b3;\">Q: Is Crossfire proper to call from ocean waves? <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; color: #0066b3;\">A: The committee voted that it is proper to call Crossfire from Waves.
